Plan de Acción de Desarrollo Sostenible de Deba 2013-2016

OBJETIVO Elaborar de forma consensuada entre los agentes públicos y con la participación de las personas de Deba, un Plan con vocación de integrar las metas y estrategias principales para la construcción del futuro de Deba. El nuevo Plan determinará también las acciones a realizar en el período 2013-2016 y recomendará unas pautas para el despliegue y seguimiento del mismo.

 FASES

 El desarrollo de este Plan de Acción se realizará en 3 fases principales:

A) Análisis de la situación actual y de las herramientas de estrategia y planificación.

      • Principales datos económicos, sociales, territoriales y ambientales.
      • Plan de Acción de (2006-2012). Revisión
      • Documentos de planificación y proyectos que están vigentes y orientan el futuro de Deba.
      • Análisis DAFO

 B) Definición de objetivos prioritarios, principales líneas estratégicas y acciones.

      • Definición de Objetivos y Metas
      • Formulación y selección de Estrategias
      • Elaboración del Plan Estratégico
      • Despliegue de las Líneas Estratégicas: Acciones

C) Recomendación de las pautas para el despliegue y seguimiento del Plan.

 

PUNTO DE PARTIDA Y METODOLOGIA

Se plantea la redacción del citado Plan a partir de la revisión del Plan de Acción Agenda 21 Local, vigente hasta 2012.

Los métodos que se utilizarán para llevar a cabo el trabajo previsto son los siguientes:

  • Recopilación de datos y Análisis de la información relevante.
  • Reuniones del Equipo Técnico de Seguimiento
  • Reuniones generales con las personas del equipo municipal
  • Sesiones de participación ciudadana
  • Cuestionarios a técnicos y políticos del Ayuntamiento
  • Cuestionario a otros agentes

 

EQUIPO TECNICO

Para la elaboración del Plan el Ayuntamiento cuenta con la colaboración de la Sociedad para el Desarrollo Económico de Debabarrena (Debegesa).

 Para llevar adelante el Plan se ha nombrado un Equipo Técnico de Seguimiento, de carácter operativo en el que participan técnicos municipales y técnicos de DEBEGESA.
