Ibilbideak

Nork bere kontura ibili nahi duenarentzat, turismo bulegoak Debako ibilbideei buruzko informazio osoa biltzen duten hainbat argitalpen ditu. Ibilbide ezberdinek gure geografiak dituen produktu eta baliabide naturalen aniztasuna ezagutzeko aukera ematen dute. Izan ere, paisaia, natura, geologia, historia eta etnografiari dagokionez interes berezia duten maila guztietako ibilbideak eskaintzen ditu Debak: Done Jakue Bidea, Ibilketa Nordikoko ibilbideak, Geoparkeko ibilbide geologikoak eta Ibilbide eta ibilaldiak izeneko foiletuan jasotzen diren beste zenbait proposamen.  Debako ibilbide eta ibilaldien foiletua deskargatu

 

Ibilketa Nordikoa

Nordic walking edo Ipar martxa, hankei ez ezik, besoei eta orokorrean soinaren goiko alde osoari eragiten dion ibiltzeko modua da. Bi makilaren laguntzaz ibiltzean datza, ez edozein makilarekin, kirol honetarako berariaz sortutakoekin baino.

Mugitzeko era berria da, esan bezala, gorputz osoari eragingo diona; atsegina, leuna eta aldi berean oso eraginkorra, giharren indarra, bihotza, koordinazioa eta mugikortasuna areagotzen dituena.

Gune hau Ibilketa Nordikoa egiteko ere aparta da eta Debako Ibilketa Nordikoko zentroak maila ezberdineko bost ibilbide eskaintzen ditu.

 

Jarraibideak

Txakurrak beti lotuta eraman. Ez piztu surik eta ez bota zigarrorik.
Ez eraman landare, animalia, mineral edo fosilik. Paisaiaren osagarriak dira.

Abeltzaintza eremu batean zaude. Bidean aurkitutako langa eta hesiak itxita utzi.

Errespetatu gure nekazarien lana.
Mendi zidorretatik bakarrik ibili. Saiatu mendira bakarrik ez joaten.
Ez bota edo utzi zaborrik. Debekatuta dago kanpantzea.

Historiaurreko bailara

Deban hasi eta ibaiaren gainaldeko bide zaharretik Sasiolarantz abiatuko gara. Ibilbidea, zati handi batean, Ermitia mendiaren hegaletik doa. Inguru honetan, besteak beste, Ermitia eta Praileaitz kobazuloak eta balio handiko historiaurreko aztarnategi paleolitiko garrantzitsu asko daude.

Ibilbide zirkularra da, eta Artzabalgo hezegunera arteko bidean birritan zeharkatzen du Deba ibaia. Padura mareen eraginak baldintzatzen duen ingurune sentibera eta dinamikoa da: mareek egunean bi aldiz estaltzen dute, eta oso flora eta fauna berezia eragiten dute.

Deban betidanik egon dira zezenak eta antzina-antzinatik izan da jai eta ospakizun guztietan zezenak korritzeko ohitura. Ibilbide honetan, Arriola auzotik herrigunera zezenek egiten zuten bidea eta Euskal Autonomia Erkidegoan berezko burdin marka duen ganadutegi bakarra ezagutuko dugu.
